Scotland is a part of the united kingdom, it supplies 10,1% from the parliamentary seats in London, altough it makes 8,7% from the Britisch Population.

Yet there’s in Scotland a strong separatist party active, the Scottish National Party, that actor Sean Connery has a strong ally.

As already mentioned, the parliament of Scotland was abolished in 1707.When Labour won the British election in 1997, a referendum held in Scotland to return it to perform, what the Scots accepted by 75%. It was thus reintroduced in 1998.

The Scottish Parliament (The Scottish Parliament) has 129 seats, which since the parliamentary selections of 2007 are as follows:
